Winter is coming, best way to tire out the dog?

Here`s another great article:

I have a dog that's entered adolescence and is CRAZY with zoomies. She's a shep/poodle mix and has so much energy. We live in a town home and go on long walks, we generally hike or play with our friends dog in a fenced in yard. It's great at tiring her out.

But winter is coming (In Minnesota) and it gets COLD. Hiking won't be an option. Runs, long walks, etc. It'll be rough and she hates having wet paws in the rain, so snow will be interesting.

What should we do?
