Here`s another great article:

My fiancee and I got a 6 months old puppy half a year ago, she started off well and didn't have many problems with our existing dog.

However 6 months down the line things have taken a turn for the worse. -she won't release items she picks off the floor, and starts growling. -she growls and jumps at other dogs. -shr has become protective of us and snaps at our other dog. -she won't walk, she'll do her business then try to return home.

My fiancee and I taught both dogs to sit in command, and reinforce this with a treat. But this has stopped working.

She generally seems very nervous and panicky.

Does anyone know of a good calming/ distracting exercise?
