Running at the dog park

Here`s another great article:

Rescued my 3yo lab/husky/shepherd mix in February. Have taken him to a few dog parks since and while he’s great and friendly with other dogs, he immediately stirs up the crowd to try to get everyone running. He’s super fast and loves running with other dogs, so even if another dog is chasing a ball, he’ll run alongside and try to get the dog to keep running (he cares 0% about the ball), just kind of a punk move when the other dog is happily playing on their own. Is this ok behavior?
