Here`s another great article:
I picked up my 12 week old corgi yesterday. She hasn't eaten since most likely 12pm yesterday, 4/19. I have only been able to get her to drink water by syringe. I'm wondering if this is normal and she will just drink and eat when she feels more comfortable? Does anyone have any advice to help her? I tried changing and cleaning the bowls, moving them to different positions, and hand feeding her. I have given her food from the breeder and then tried a mix of it and her new food..
When should I feel concerned? I haven't taken her to a vet yet but do have an appointment, is it okay to call them if needed?
