It kind of sounds like a dumb question to me but I have a 10 week old GSD. I am working successfully on training him sit, leave it and here. He listens pretty consistently whenever I have a a treat. However, he knows with certainty when I don’t. I am assuming that it’s a gradual weaning process but it is somewhat difficult to offset every single command through out the day with a treat. I’ve been using food bits to even it out some in order to ensure that he won’t Just looking for feedback and other people’s experiences.
