Here`s another great article:

I was wondering if there are any drawbacks to having someone help train my pup. I’m a college student and training has been going in a positive direction with my Rhodesian Ridgeback, but I could use some help with recall training and then maybe getting started with some off leash training since he is a great walker on leash. I have been watching videos, reading, and learning as much as I can to aid me in the training process but i think a boost from a professional would benefit me. Would getting help from a trainer be beneficial in this situation?
