Here`s another great article:
My 2 year old border collie mix has been awesome and is SO smart, he has begun not listening to commands as simple as "sit" and rarely does commands on the first try (with or without treats). Outside he is still working on leash training and not pulling which I know is a sign of him trying to be the "pack leader" decide where we go, etc. We are working on this. I am wondering if this not listening in other aspect, that were not a problem before, are due to the same thing? He feels he doesnt need to listen anymore? Thoughts?
