Here`s another great article:
When I was a young in’ (I’m in my 20s now), I trained my two family dogs: a miniature schnoodle (21lb) and a miniature poodle (15lb). Fast forward to today, the boyfriend and I are considering getting a larger (65lb) standard poodle. Given my experience with smaller dogs and lack thereof with larger ones (outside of some volunteering at a shelter and working part-time at a grooming salon years ago) do y’all have any words of wisdom to offer? Folks who have had both small and large puppies, is there any advice that we shouldn’t go without? I want to be as prepared as possible! Thanks in advance.
