Are hours spent instructing a group class required for the CPDT-KA?

Here`s another great article:

I’m currently working on getting hours and studying for the CPDT-KA. The handbook states that the 225 hands on hours should “include: instructing group dog training classes, conducting private training lessons, consulting with clients, and training hands-on with one or more dogs.” Does that mean that hours in each category are required, or could all 225 hours come from private lessons? I ask because I have a serious fear of public speaking and if I don’t have to teach a group class, I’m not going to. My end goal is to be doing shelter work which would mostly be private sessions and hands on work with dogs anyways.
