Here`s another great article:

So I recently adopted a 2yo pit mix. He's the sweetest thing, and we're currently working out some separation anxiety/isolation issues. I think at some point someone has trained him in the past as he is already familiar with fetch and he got sit in under 5 min. But I was just wondering what people's advice was on what to teach basic command and trick wise. As well as what order to teach it in. How much should be done each day? I only have classes 3 days a week right now so I have almost every day to put full attention and focus into this dog for the next few weeks and I want to take advantage of that. We're currently onto "lay" but not sure where to go after that.
