Here`s another great article:
I have a 6 month old beagle who’s taken a step back in potty training. A couple of weeks ago he got spooked by something outside in the backyard and is now refusing to do any business outside. We’ve had to go back to using pee pads inside just so that we’re not ruining the hardwood cleaning up his messes (I know, not a good idea to go back but nothing was working).
I’ve tried going out with him to show him it’s ok, bribing him with treats (lol) and even trying the pee pad outside trick. Nothing. He just sits on the back deck at the door refusing to move. He goes on walks no problem but going on walks every hour just so he’ll pee outside is a bit much lol.
Any tips would be extremely helpful!
