Would you let your new puppy around older, unvaccinated dogs if you knew they were healthy?

Here`s another great article:

I'm asking because my parents asked me to come over for supper tonight and I am thinking about bringing my 9 week old puppy along to socialize her with the family. They have two small dogs, one is 10 and the other is 8 and they are definitely not up to date with their vaccinations. Neither one sees a vet unless they are sick or injured, so it's been about 4 years since the last vet visit for either of them. Not sure why and I dont plan on following that same path, but it is what it is. However, they are healthy and virtually never hang out with other dogs (though they are fine around them). They dont leave my parents' backyard and are never exposed to illness from other dogs.

Is it still risky to bring our puppy around them at this age? She's only had one round of shots so far (the distemper one and the coronavirus one) and our vet told us to keep her away from strange dogs, dog parks etc until after her third round. But socializing with friend and family dogs was encouraged in the meantime. Is it safe to introduce her to unvaccinated/not up-to-date dogs that we know are healthy?
