I have a nearly 4 month old Shar Pei puppy. We got her at 8 weeks and I definitely had puppy blues hard for the first two weeks, made worse by a noise complaint from her nighttime kennel training. The question I have is how have others prioritized their own health and fitness while raising a young puppy? I used to go to the gym multiple times a week or work out at home, but now I feel guilty for spending even more time away during the day (I work 8 hours, but am able to go home for lunch). I know I need to take care of myself and stay healthy, but I struggle to figure out how. It is still too cold here to have her outside for prolonged periods of times and I know she's still too young for rigorous activity anyways.
