She’s a 6 month old blue heeler. I’m hoping to begin by leaving her for only an hour after our big walk of the day so that she’ll (ideally) sleep the whole time. I’ve penned off the living room so she’ll stay in there for the hour. She’s gone about 2 weeks without an accident, though I’m painfully aware that may not last 🙂 living room is puppy proofed.
Is this an okay plan? We’re not big fans of the crate ourselves (unpopular opinion I know) and are ready for it to be over!
