Here`s another great article:
My parents got a dog about a year and a half ago when I lived with them. I moved to another state 5 months after they got her so I was no longer part of her training. Since then she’s picked up some really bad habits:
She will not sit still to put her harness on She nips at me when she has to use the restroom She's possessive of her usual spot on the couch She barks every time a dog comes by the house She greets people by jumping on them
My parents are pretty lazy with her and are not spending the time to build good habits. I visit one or two weekends a month (a little less than that recently given the pandemic). Do you guy have any tips for some kind of short term/ sporadic training that I could do when I'm over there?
