Hi guys, for all of you who leave soaking the kibble, how long can I leave before it goes into fermentation? I want to leave it to soak for the kong, since just getting wet does not help and my dog is getting too easy.

I saw in one site talking 20 minutes, in another 30. With 30 minutes the kibble becomes soft and when tightening turns a pate. Is it fermented or is it okay?
