Snarly and baring teeth

Here`s another great article:

So, 90% of the time, Lola is adorable. But 10% of the time, she's a baby shark. Lola is a week shy of 6 months old, and she's a Golden Retriever. She'll be laying on the floor and then she starts digging at the carpet, and snarling and baring her teeth at us. She will promptly nip at anything in sight. She goes from adorable to shark in just seconds. We feel like it's unlikely to be energy related, because she sometimes does this after a super long walk followed by zoomies outside. Is this behaviour normal? Will she grow out of it? What can we do to support her?
