Here`s another great article:
We recently rescued a 6-7month old shepherd mix. He was fostered with other shepherds and was neutered about 2-3 weeks ago. At the end of the day when my girlfriend and I are home with him he will latch on to our legs and hump us. Even after a day full of walks and fetch and burned off energy. If we step away or get him to come off, he comes back for more. and nips at our calves in the process. We try ignoring him or redirecting into a sit (which he is usually good at) but nothing seems to work. We could really use some help.
