Reinforcing Loose Leash Walking

Here`s another great article:

I've had my two year old Irish Setter mix for about six weeks. The rescue organization recommended an easy-walk front harness– he got used to the point where he pulls on walks so bad that my arms hurt (I'm a pretty big guy, but my dog is ALL muscle). The training center recommended a Freedom No Pull harness, and he doesn't pull when the leash is on the top ring. How do I reenforce this before he gets used to it and starts to pull again?
