Here`s another great article:

Hi all,

I have a 10 month old male labradoodle who is regressing in his training, especially with sit. He will only sit for treats or if he cannot find an escape route. By escape route I mean if you ask him to do something like drop an item or sit, he will run away.

It's getting hard to deal with and i am at a loss at what to do. Sitting for treats happens about 85% of the time but i wish he obeyed 100% even without a reward. Is this possible?

Many thanks☆
