Refusing to go back inside

Here`s another great article:

I have a 14 week old mini aussie and we live in the city. I walk her about a quarter of a block to go to her potty spot everyday. Once we start walking back and she recognizes our door/street, she would just plop down on her butt and try her hardest to not go in. I've tried luring her with treats but it hasn't been working. Any help?
