Refusing to get in the car

Here`s another great article:

Our 10 month Great Dane absolutely refuses to get in the car. He will stand 5 feet away from the car and will NOT budge. We have to pick him up and help him walk over. We have tried using treats/peanut butter as motivation, but he doesn’t care. When he was younger he used to get car sick a lot and at times we would have to make frequent trips to the vet. I’m sure he just has a negative association with the car, but with him being 150lbs it would be nice if he would willingly get in. We have tried putting him in the car and only going to good places, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. Any advice would be appreciated!
