Redirecting bad behavior

Here`s another great article:

I have a 4 month old golden retriever. He's been easy to train using pee pads (he needs one more set of shots) and knows a few commands, however he is really rowdy. He's always always biting us. I redirect with a toy and it works for the most part but sometimes he doesn't even let me pet him. I clap my hands loudly and tell him no which works but not enough. When guests come over he completely loses it. He goes crazy throwing himself on people and biting them. I need help, I try tiring him out with fetch but I know it doesn't help being locked up in the house all day. I'm dying for him to get that last shot so we can run outside!
