Here`s another great article:
I recently got a new pupper about two months ago. She’s a ball of craziness but that’s be expected. She’s a blue heeler mix. My older pupper is a husky/pit and she’s 3. She was the lead of the house to the other two puppies before the little one showed up. Now she mainly just plays with the new puppy, but I can tell that she is obviously depressed. I have to hand feed her to get her to eat, cause the new puppy eats in the kennel where she used to eat. I take her on walks of her own and play with her on my days off in the am, but it’s been like 100+ degrees for the past month so the dogs are pretty limited to their exercise outside right now. Any suggestions on what I can do to cheer my husky up? I think it’s just a combination of the new puppy and crazy heat outside and her being an inside dog, but I’m sure there’s still something I can do with those circumstances.
