Here`s another great article:
I have an 11 week old Mini Australian Shepherd. I've had him since he was 6 weeks (I already know thats way too young but I didn't know any better at the time and the woman I got him from didn't seem like she knew what she was doing either.) He is very smart and learns quickly, the only thing that worries me is how aggressive he can be. Especially when I tell him no or to stop chewing or biting my feet, he growls and snaps at me or lunges at me. I know puppies are very energetic and playful, but I think the aggressiveness isn't just puppy play. Any tips to calm him down when i discipline him? Also, I don't hit or spank him, I sternly tell him no.
