Here`s another great article:

I know this is a dog training sub. I apologise if this is not in line with that. I have an amazing dog who is super smart and very sweet, to me. I have tried home training and professional training. We have made some progress. I am able to have certain people around and he is getting better. But in the last two months, he has nipped at two people. I understand noticing those things and correcting the behavior before it happens is the best way to handle it. But I have learned that I cannot trust people around him, just as much as I can't trust him. I don't want anything to happen to anyone or him. He deserves to be with someone or a family that knows and understands how to handle these things. He deserves better. It kills me to have to consider this but I am at a loss. I don't know where to look. I would never take him to a pound or anything. He wouldn't make it out, due to his nature. I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction of where I could find someone or an organization that I can help. We live in Indiana. If that helps.
