Here`s another great article:
My 12 week old male golden retriever has been quite stubborn when giving him food. We were initially scared of him not eating, so the past two weeks we had added a small amount of Taste of the Wild wet food to his Taste of the Wild dry food. After doing some research, we saw he was just trying to get better food than plain kibble. As of Monday morning, we switched over to just dry kibble. At first he scoffed at it; however, just a bit ago, he ate more than he ever has. Nonetheless still severely under his recommended amount of food. He should have ate 1 cup, but only ate 1/2 a cup. It has been two days now, should I continue to see if he improves, or is the dry food just not cutting it and should try to switch brands?
