Here`s another great article:
We have a house full of pups, five to be specific. Our fifth addition is a pit, we've had him since he was 5 weeks (he was attacked by his mom and we nursed him back to health). He's one year old now, and has always been best friends with our 2 year old husky/German shepherd. But starting about a month or two ago, our pit has started resource guarding things from the husky (toys, food, family members). He will growl and snap at him if he gets too close. He is the most gentle dog ever otherwise, and has never snapped at any of our other dogs, or dogs at friends houses or at the dog park.
I want to curb this ASAP, but nothing I'm doing seems to be working.
