As the title says.

We have 2 dogs. A spayed female, and an uncut male. The male dog has always scent marked and we cant seem to stop him. We've recently moved back in to our house after some renovations were done and well….new smells new marks.

Does scent marking count as house training? Other than the special cleaners, what are some other ways to stop him?
