Here`s another great article:

So we’re finally out of adolescence, yes! And for a few months things were awesome! Well now our great pup is regressing. She’s a 1 year old pit mix, fixed, and lately she’s not been wanting to go to bed. The second we start to go to bed she goes crazy and starts playing. But her playing is nipping then running since she knows you’ll get mad and chase her. So anyway, it drives us nuts, because… it’s bed time?? Do we deal with that for like 20 minutes. I would say we’ve been going to bed earlier, but also waking up earlier!!!

Why is she acting out now?
