Here`s another great article:
We've had our dog for well over a year now, and he has never shown any signs of separation anxiety. We moved to a new city a week ago, and now we can't get down the hallway of our apartment complex before he starts barking. He has a bone in his crate with him, we play music, but nothing works. I think it will get better once our furniture arrives (don't ask; different story, but yes, I'm not happy about it), but my husband wanted me to go ahead and look into it.
Anything I'm missing to try and help him? How likely is it that he will better once our furniture and smells are in the apartment?
