Here`s another great article:
I take a 2 year old Russell Terrier with me to work 5 out of the 6 days I work. I work at a small equestrian goods store that's very quiet and low key and she is always willing to come with me. She used to only bark when children came in or very loud adults. Now just about everyone that comes in is greeted by her running and barking furiously and a small amount of growling.
She wont actually go up to the people, giving about 2 or 3 feet of space. Once the episode is over she likes to follow them around peacefully sniffing them not making a peep and being very sweet, though quite shy. I'm not sure if I should give her a break from the store or keep bringing her and crate her and slowly reintroduce her. Any advice?
