Well this is indeed one path to remember your dog’s life…
Laura Jacques and Richard Remde of Yorkshire, England chose they were going to reputation the memory of their beloved boxer Dylan after he passed away … by cloning him to get new puppies.
The English couple spent roughly $100,000 to have a pair of puppies cloned at the Sooam Biotech Research Foundation in South Korea using the DNA they got from their boxer Dylan a couple weeks before his death back over the summer.
The couple firstly built bulletin just for having been able to successfully clone puppies more than six months after the older dog’s fatality — and now, well, we can see the results.
Awww — he’s actually pretty cute!
This certainly isn’t, um, “the worlds largest” ordinary room to get a bird-dog, but hey, it’s their money and they are unable invest it how they like, we believe — especially if the dogs they get will be well treated and desired!
Jacques spoke to reporters about the whole cloning statu 😛 TAGEND
“I’m trying to get my president round the facts of the case that this puppy has 100% of the same DNA as Dylan. I had Dylan since he was a puppy … I fathered him so much better, he was my babe, their own children, my entire world.”
The cloning facility committed has apparently cloned the thousands of animals before this, so it sounds like the brand-new boxer puppies are going to be fine.
Again, it’s funny, but … well, the puppies are cute…
What about U — would U ever clone your pup if you had the money ??
