Here`s another great article:

Watching tutorials by kikopup and others on the puppy 101 wiki. It seems that they use “off” or “gentle” to curb puppy biting by holding a treat and clicking and treating when the dog pulls away. When watching the vids on “leave it” the trainers do the same thing ( hold a treat or place it on the floor and say leave it, click and treat when the dog walks away) can I use Leave it when puppy is biting? Thanks so much!
