Here`s another great article:
I'm at a loss. We got our havanese when he was 8 weeks old and potty training has been rough. We finally had a breakthrough when he went 4 weeks without a single accident in the house. However, now suddenly he's peeing in the house everyday. We keep him in a pen and don't let him have free reign of the apartment unless he's under supervision. He peed on his crate and crate bed today. The other day he peed on me while I was putting on his leash. When we're home, we'll take him out every 2-4 hours, depending on if he's napping or not. We take him out immediately when he wakes from his nap.
Not really sure what we're doing wrong or if this is normal regression in an adolescent?
I'm getting incredibly frustrated as I thought we finally were making progress, and I think it's starting to affect my mental health and bond with my pup.
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
